its always possible it was an internet problem... but my other RTQ connections were fine as i said.

never called in a trade, but have called support a few times... moreso to test them out than anything else.
typical support ppl... clueless for the more complicated stuff, but pleasant enough and always answered the phones quickly.

i would guess that if it's a system wide problem, forget about calling in a trade. if it's isolated to you, then i would guess it would work out much better.
