Cobalt, so what? Is that from "Earth in the Balance", if so I don't remember that but it sounds just like him. Sounds to me just like a textbook criticism of one of many new and unknown ramifications of the "information age", something that which any thinking person should be aware. What is your fear, that he may begin a "cult of personality" like Hitler or Stalin? I think that he is singularly unequiped for that so fear not! As for myself I feel very comfortable with a public figure who choses to put in print his notions, eclectic though they may be; what would bother me is Shrub who is by necessity is reticent about such matters.
