TG,

Watching my Packer's play a fairly good game today gives me time to ponder rather then swear at them.

I have decided that the USSC has decided for Bush and are already writing parts of their opinions today. I will go out on a limb and even say that it will go 6-3 granting the Pres to Bush. Why do I say this?

They would not have stopped the recount in FL with electors having to be certified on Tuesday if there was any way that they were going to allow the counting to continue. I think they feel and I am sure that if the recount were to continue and find for Gore that we would then have a full blown Consitutional crisis. 2 sets of electors from FL, the house picking Bush, the Senate tied and perhaps Gore casting the tie breaking vote. Where do we go from there?

I am convinced they are in my corner of thought on this one, it needs to end and it needs to end now before things get worse then they already are.

So there is my prediction, 6-3 in favor of Bush and we will have that decision late tomorrow or early Tues.

Want to put a candy bar on it:)?
