Hello Paul, How did the Supreme Court act irresponsibly when all they are trying to do is to remind the Fla Supreme Court to stop changing the law and just interpret it? I think you would have a better case if they overruled them and immediately declared Bush the winner. They want reasons presented as to why the Florida Supreme Court took it upon themselves to rewrite the law in allowing this revote. It is quite possible after hearing said arguments they may well allow the recount, but I pray they don't. The system we all know is flawed and if so, fix it before the next election, don't try to fix it in midstream. I have never found duct tape to be a good long term solution. Later, Joel
