This is turning into IL law school class time. First, are you asserting that Bush's stock in trade is politician? I thought Bush was a different kind of politician. Anyway, what is the harm to Bush if it turns out that he was not the winner in Florida? If people look at him as a illegitimate President, he deserves it. He didn't win the election. It is not he Court's duty to manufacture public opinion in favor of GW Bush and you should be ashamed for positing such.

I think you should send an e-mail to GW Bush and the S.Ct to tell them of your revelation. They will be relieved to know that slander is the guiding legal principle that justifies the injunction against recounts. They may even give you a medal. Make sure you tell them that you're a complete idiot too so they can prove that the GOP reaches out to all people, no matter how disadvantaged.
