Duke, where has the Supreme Court been all these years during which law has been in effect? It is just now illegal? You are saying the Florida statute and the statute of many other states regarding manual recounts that has helped turn dozens of elections in the past couple decades are all unconstitutional? Hmmm.... interesting. Duke, one other question, if the USSC decides to establish a statewide standard, then you are 100% in favor of the recount? Gee, why do I think your answer will be no? LOL!
