The pair, who worked "picking" inventory from warehouse shelves and assembling orders, were generally upbeat about what they found. They said Amazon "is executing on its near-term and long-term financial and operating goals: customers are plentiful and active, customer service levels are high, and operations are becoming more efficient." Pardon my hype interruption but did these people work there in prior seasons? There is no indication they have so how can they compare this year fulfillment in terms of efficiency to that of last years?
