Ok, we Libertarians love to worry and it's so easy with the U.S. is such a mess but here's the latest worry:
What if Supreme Court says it's over and Daley and Gore get a few of the electors from the electoral college to switch their vote??????

Stuart Taylor on MSNBC Hard Ball just spoke about the varying recount standards. Palm Beach County and Broward County had two different standards of counting dimples, etc., which we know, but what was the extent of the impact?

PB County hand count found "votes" in only 4% of its undervotes. Broward County, in stark contrast, found "votes" in 25% of its undervotes (remember Gunzenberger?). Is there any fair, rational way to explain the difference? No. Is every vote equal under this process? No way.
