Don't ya think your being like one of those kids who gets in the last punch and then says, "Hey, can't we all just get along?" LOL!!!!

Look sauk I wasn't saying that the legislature has complete power to appoint whoever they want as electors because I do not know enough about Florida law to say such a thing. But it was the intent of the framers to allow the elected bodies of each state to determine the slate of electors in the "Manner" the state chooses because they wanted some control over the populase.

Frankly I think dueling would suit most people on the thread here. How about me and Bux at thirty paces?!! But we'll have to do it here because on his Moderated thread the panel probably wouldn't allow it! LOL!!!!
