Don't get too excited. Globex traded after the NYSE and NASDAQ closed at 4pm ET Friday. Right now, even locked limit up, the NASDAQ 100 futures are below FMV for the index. That's not to say that the NASDAQ100 will open down because the futures can only go up 95 pts. but they were down about 170 or so right after the Fla Sup Ct announced the decision. Same is true for the S&P. My guess is that we will open down slightly and stay down slightly until the oral arguments are made. After the arguments are released and we all listen to them, my guess is we still do't move up until the US Sup Ct actually comes out either late Monday or Tuesday.

Isn't 116.50 Euros about $103. That would leave QCOM unchanged from Fri's NASDAQ close.
