Flap, I am strident! Your suggestion for the separate powers etc, and mine are quite different. If we authorize through some electoral method the cessation of Liberal city states, which is fine with me. Those states are on their own, no subsidy of any kind from the REST of US. You guys can huddle up in as close a proximity as you wish, you can levy taxes on yourselves and have rules to encourage the servitude of your leaders until you get sick and tired of each other. Just keep your ideaology and your predatory mindset away from The Rest of us. When is the plebecite, I'm certain we'd all come!
