Plus they had been through the counter twice. But what about the one woman who was picking them out? She voted Clinton on every ballot. What about the theory that stacks of ballots were punched for Gore after the election causing double vote ballots to be tossed if they weren't for Gore originally? No recounting, only vote mining going on.
