Do you really think that the USSC is going to get away with this travesty unscathed? Scumbria, If you mean it will suffer some sort of penalty, I don't think so. If you mean a loss of respect, then yes, serious damage will have been done to the court's credibility. I was surprised that they would pull such a politicized stunt after throwing the issue back down to the lower courts last week. Such a bad, bad move if they hold the stay in place. ted
