Ted,,,Re..I was surprised that they would pull such a politicized stunt after throwing the issue back down to the lower courts last week. Such a bad, bad move if they hold the stay in place. <<< I don't want to shock you or anything, but have you considered the fact that the Fl Supreme ct ruling was in fact unconstitutional. Isn't that a possibility? Even Fl Supreme Ct.'s chief justice said so in his dissenting opinion.
