One would think a SC Justice would reprimand his or her clerks for not studying the briefs and cases cited in argument by the lawyers for the plaintiffs and the defendants. Unless of course they were told not to follow up on it. All I can say is…they sure look amateur…gullible amateurs. We all expect more of them
