Kap, Bush received fewer votes in the US, and most likely received fewer votes in Florida. Fortunately for him, his campaign manager also served as the chief election official, and his brother as governor. They have been able to hold on to a razor thin margin for him through a pattern of obstructionism. If you heard about this happening in a developing country, you would laugh and say "good thing this kind of thing doesn't happen in the USA". Well guess what it does. And BTW I don't hate anybody.
