Hello elmatador:

Out of curiosity, why doesn't it make sense to
overhaul the regulation of telecom and cable companies
and subject them to a unified regulatory framework?
Increasingly, they are in the same lines of business.
Keeping the regulatory frameworks separate is just
the perpetuation of an archaic situation.
