lawdog, It appears as though the US Supreme Court has just repealed everything we knew about temporary injunctions, judicial stays and federal interference into state elections. I suppose the next thing for the court is to adopt its own interpretation of Florida law. Talk about judicial activism! Yep, like I said. Al Gore has done more to get conservatives active then any canidate could ever have done. Now you will have to live with what Al has done. Get use to it.
