What is Bush's problem with not counting thousands of undervotes? What standard you going to use to count them? A dimple? if so how deep? A scratch? The under votes are just that. A no vote judged by the standard that was in the voter instructions at the time of the election. So tell me. How did Broward county find 14% more Gore votes with a magnifying glass. And Plam beach only found 4% more gore votes. Different standards? Does the handeling and the counting machine scratch and dimple chads?
