Sounds like a Recount with a subjective criteria

standard might be on the Court's mind. Anyone care to take a stab at the decision???? BTW, did I hear the Chief Justice say if we start counting after the 12th and end by the 18th .............? Please enlighten me.

Bargains of the day: SUNW, WCOM, ESHR, IFMX and LOR.
UIS keeps going up. Maybe a takeover in the works. Up 60% in a month now. IFMX and LOR are takeover bait too. SO cheap.

ESHR down to 35 mill market cap on 60 mill+ revenues per annum and no significant losses like all others in their sector. Good news lately and beating estimates. Sooner or later those pigs will fly again. I have low buy orders in on all of the above.

I have read that LOR's satellite business alone is worth in excess of $10 a share. It's at 3.75 now some two bucks below book value. What downside could be left? Probably a lot of tax-selling on these babies.
