Intent was addressed.....the intent not to vote. That is the voters right. At no point should a vote be read out of thin air when the voter's intention was not to vote. That is indeed sad when these "non-votes" are used by one party to pad the outcome.

And let's not forget all those military ballots that aren't being included. So much for intent of military personnel serving overseas being counted. Very sad.
