It is better that no one tamper with them......
Like the original Constitution and Bill of Rights, trained archivists may be used to quantify the ballots. This is not the arc nor the covenant and the American people will not go blind when they see the results. In fact they may see better.

Bush lawyer hemmed and hawed too much. Attorney Generals lawyer was clear and articulate in his opinions, just called justices by the wrong name.
