Suter the liberal judge was clearly challenging Boise about the standards of counting and expressing concerns. He clearly had a problem with intent. I guess they have a problem with your ranting and raving of count the votes. I suppose you would let Jesse Jackson name the winner of a beauty contest when the final two were one white girl and one black girl and call that unbiased and fair.

This presumes that the standards are set, and that there has been no damage to the ballots. It also ignores all other contestable states in the elusive pursuit of some "truth" with which to delegitimize Bush. Burn them......
