That's incredible!! California sounds worse and worse. Certainly not worth the million dollars for 1000 square feet of living space.
I'm looking guiltily at my Christmas lights. They're all on. I'm too lazy to turn them all off in the daytime.
I'll pretend I'm lighting symbolic candles for California.

At one time they had so much excess capacity industry was moving there because of it. Water seems to be a problem also.

Yeah but, we have the cleanest air and water in the country as we sit in the dark and freeze.
