Gore will claim victory in his "concession" speech. He will tell us - Bush won the legal victory. I got the votes. Under our constitutional form of government, I must give up the fight, but I still maintain that I got the most votes.

Bush needs to get his dirty tricksters out to switch a few of Gore's electors. Should be easy to do with a few high level deputy cabinet positions to offer.
