No, you can run QCharts and QLink at the same time without the issue Hal ran into some time back. Just cannot run two copies of QCharts on two different computers is all. In fact you can run two copies of QCharts on one computer, if they are in different directories. It has something to do with the real time exchange agreements.

it's ok as long as you're on the same machine.
you can run as many instances of qfeed-based apps on one machine as your machine can handle.
it's running qfeed apps on separate machines that requires multiple licenses.
