Actually if you stop by the Yahoo ZIXI board you'll see that GB's gotten a lot more realistic about ZIXI's prospects as of late. He just has an odd way of expressing his admiration for those of us who were not taken in by the hype of Rick and others even in the face of massive spikes in the share price.

Since the advent of the full disclosure regulations, ZIXI management has been amazingly quiet and the stock has been dying a slow death.

Actually, I think the death knell for the ZIXI hype machine came when they made that whiny comment during the September CC that because those mean old short sellers were harassing their customers that they would stop issuing PRs for every new customer (law firm) that signed on with them.

Translated: Zixit's customers were getting tired of fielding due-diligence calls to check up on the validity of Zixit's PRs. This probably got much worse after the nasty business of the Perot Group retraction, as every amateur dick in Dallas probably started going around seeing if there weren't other PRs Zixit had rather stretched the truth on. No doubt the customers soon started to let Zixit's sales managers know their feelings about being set up for bombardment in this manner.

From there, it's likely the sales managers' moods soon grew to reflect that of the customers. And although we'll never know for sure, I like to think the sales force went up to Cook with an ultimatum that they rein in the PR hype machine or they walk. Cook could have quietly complied but he just had to get one last jab in.

Too sad.
