I am not worried about overturning the election, I am worried about a highly partisan organization getting its hands on the ballots in order to manufacture an actual scandal and further inflame passions. I do not know what rules govern the disposition of ballots. I have been told that they are not available under the Freedom of Information Act, but I am not sure if I got good information. That would suffice. As far as I am concerned, only those who "know in their heart" that Gore won can possibly view the election as fraudulent. Anyone less biased will be view it as messy but essentially fair.......
