You left out the Christian Right Wingers and the NRA.
Together, with the money-grabbers, these factions make up the bulk of the Republican Party. It's pretty much why the GOP opposes anything progressive for people, instead perferring a narrow track of freedom--you can be nice, do your job, live in your little box of a home and damn well make sure you know what your neighbor is doing--and non-government interference in the markets.
