But Hitech, the Florida statute has stood a long time and many other states have similar quasi-standards. A couple justices yesterday themselves said how can you have standards when the quality of the voting machines varies so widely throughout Florida.

Get it? Even the USSC justices are struggling opnely as to whether this stature, which has stood for a number of years, violates the constitution.
