The one and ONLY issue to be decided is: What constitutes a legal vote in a state election in the state of Florida? Total crap. Counting votes one way in one county and another way in a different county can result in the difference of hundreds of votes. It is self evident to everyone except you. Your post does not demonstrate a knowledge of the facts. Consider that Gore and Boise argued against, and indeed filed suit against Palm Beach for the way they counted. Then after he got the democratic precincts of Miami Dade and Broward county counted under a loose standard he was all to glad to endorse the Palm Beach standard when presenting to Judge Lewis on friday night. Then yesterday, when faced with the same question in front of the US Supreme court, he dodged. Seems like he knows how you count them matters. Seems like everybody but you knows.
