Could the Supreme Court justices have long since made their ruling?

Will they wait for the markets to close before releasing their news? 5 minutes after the closing bell?

Most brokerage accounts do not allow "After Hours" trading to begin until 15 minutes after the bell. . . .so whichever way the markets would move, the Individual Investors would be left out of such a move. And if we WERE to get the ruling within minutes of the closing bell, it would speak loudly to all investors that power and greed run hand-in-hand. . . . which would further imply that politics and finance are joined at the hip.

I found it fascinating how many political statements and rulings seemed to center around the closing bell of the markets. 15 minutes before. . .or how about last Friday? The Supreme Court ruled 1 minute after closing. . . the worst possible time for the typical Individual Investor.

Will they do it again?
