1. find for Bush, the recounts stop. They would justify this by saying that a fair recount across the whole state is impossible because of no standard, partisan canvassing boards I understand that justice ??(black judge forget his name - alzheimers) wife Virginia is with the heritage foundation and is helping Bush with staffing at various levels. I also believe theer is another judge with some connection to Bush. And of course Scalia believes he will be appointed chief justice (when the position becomes available) under Bush. shouldnt these judges recuse themsleves from the case for conflict of interest??
