I suspect you have been watching the liberal spin on CNN or MSNBC. It's an old trick to cast doubt when things aren't in your favor or attack the messengers when the message doesn't favor you. RE:"shouldnt these judges recuse themsleves from the case for conflict of interest?" The USSC is supposed to be above conflict of interest. If they can't offer a fair decision no one can. The FL SC may have wanted to be fair but had to clue of how to be fair or the ramifications of their decision that overturned a lower court judge.
