Party..in Florida a candidate has NO right to a manual recount..its the law..tough doc

He had a recount, and the opportunity for another if he liked. I have already said why I think manual recounts are last resorts, and otherwise dubious. But assuming a manual recount, Volusia complied with the deadline, the others could have too if they had hired more workers and worked consistently. Also, if they had made a reasonable effort, I doubt that the circuit court judge would have found that Harris had been reasonable in denying an extension, so it was there own fault.......
