Niceguy, I'm not so sure how quick the PC market will turn around (ir may never reach its old peak levels of growth but even well short of that it could have pretty good growth). However even if AMD would make $.50 per Q forever except adjustment for inflation(no growth) it would seem to me that buying out AMD would return almost 12%/year and I really doubt AMD has reached its all time inflation adjusted earnings peak. Anyone have $5 or $6 bil. for me to borrow so I can buy out AMD. I'll pay 10% interest...
