Supreme Court reverses the Florida Supreme Court decision and remands it to act in a manner not inconsistent with their decision....very fractured decision, groups of Justices dissented from the general decision in specific issues....this DOES NOT rule out a further recount taking place once state-wide standards are implemented, however time limits cannot apparently be met ...time may be too short for the Florida Supreme to hold hearings on what standards for ballot counting...
