7-2 to reverse the FSC decision; Media is already saying 5-4 but it is 5-4 just on the remedy. Let's hear the spin now. They are starting already.

The judgement says that Justice Breyer (friend of Al Gore) wanting to send it back to FSC to try again for a contest until December 18th violates the Florida election laws.

The FSC does get another chance to do it right again.....what they revised was not done according to the statutes in place on November 7th.
