Ted, Yep, it's over from what a I'm hearing on CNN. Bush wins (?). The Supreme Court decided, when they stopped the Florida manual count, that Bush would be the President. Anybody else have a hollow feeling about this? It's late, time to walk the dog and go to bed. John

Ted, In a dissent, Justice John Paul Stevens said, "Although we may never know with complete certainty the identity of the winner of this year's presidential election, the identity of the loser is perfectly clear. It is the nation's confidence in the judge as an impartial guardian of the law." A not very subtle statement about the goings on at the USSC the last few days. The last bastion of trust in the US Government has fallen. But Scalia will get his Chief Justice position, and that is the most important thing. Scumbria
