Just got home in time to catch the 2:00am special report on CNN. What a group of Sad Sacks! The most "somber" newscast I've seen in a long time. If this doesn't convince people that the media is biased to the liberal side, nothing will.

Welcome to Washington President-Elect Bush. Get your sleeves rolled up and let's get this great country back on track again. And keep in mind that even us conservatives will be watching and listening.

looks like dems are shifting to a very positive view of states rights, judicial restraint, and against their earlier love affair with judicial activism. this could bode well for the court in the future with current justices and with near unanimous confirmation of bush appointments to ussc

Wrong. The vote was 7-2 to reverse, with liberals Ginsburg and Stevens joining the moderates and conservatives in the majority.

That was a wonderfully lousy and fully wrong-headed analysis. It was 7-2 to reverse and you went downhill from that huge error - an accomplishment of sorts.
