Mike, if Prechter is so wrong, how can he still be in business?

I ask myself the same question. As a former subscriber, I can only suggest that after a couple years of no value added, I could not in good conscience continue his service.

If his advice is helpful to you, David, then have at it. Hopefully, he has learned much since the "bad old days". But, I remain skeptical of his ability to call the market from very practical experience.

As a cautionary note, he had no checks in place to acknowledge when to give up the ghost. He simply drew lines in the sand which were washed away by each market wave. If you choose to short GE, I would draw an indelible line...

Good luck.
