I have observed a lot more prejudice up here in the short time I have lived in New England than I did in a decade and a half in Texas.

"Picking On Texas Because" Its an easier target than Bush. I have a son who is disabled. It seems like every third family I meet in Wisconsin (who face the same issue) moved from Texas in an attempt to obtain proper care for their children. I'm not rich, but I'm a responsible person who would never think about doing without insurance. I was shocked when I found out insurance doesn't really help much when it comes to chronic illnesses. I owe the liberals who set up programs like Medicaid a very sincere thank you. Without them I hate to think where my family and my son would be. Jeff
