Gottfreid, I was going over some post from last month, and on one of them you linked to a 30 DMA chart and refered to Stan Weinstein. Two questions: 1. Is the TA method you refer to Secrets for Profiting in Bull and Bear Markets published in 1988? 2. Are we looking for the price to cross the 30 DMA line to act? I am giving TA more serious consideration, seeing how much I left on the table last year with the BIG decline we endured. Back when Don's tables were on FSII, we mostly came to the conclusion that buy and hold seem not to work best for this sector, and I am trying to broaden my horizons a bit to see what works.
