Historians will examine those overvotes too.

But if the Bush team felt there was election fraud
then they should have raised the question. I for one
don't believe your charges.

But in the absence of a suggestion of fraud, there's
no "clear intent" to try and discern for these overvotes...
so it doesn't make sense to include an examination of
overvotes when trying to "count all the votes".
