Rambus will depend on litigation to collect royalties.

Let's hope it doesn't go to the Supreme Court and that Reinquist, Scalia and Thomas aren't Micron investors! :-)

Well, actually in my case, with rmbs, I view it as a gamblers stock, and since I'm a gambling man, I have some. RMBS could hit the royal jackpot, or could fall flat on it's face. I have a bunch of good quality solid companies, but the gambler in me makes me hold at least a couple of speculative issues that could go boom or bust....naturally, I am hoping for boom.
