This recession will last as long as the one in 1998. If there is a recession it is monetarily related not commodity related. Monetary related recessions can be successfully controlled in a somewhat timely manner. Call me naive, but I think that the internet buildout is oblivious to the real economy. Any company worth anything must invest in technology to keep ahead. They either do this or they are out of business. Lastly, I am so upbeat on both SUNW and ORCL's long term leadership potential in this space. If these companies are not making huge amounts of money in two years I am wrong. It's a gamble that has paid off for six years running. Does that answer your question? Bob.
