Thanks for the article. Fortunately I sold my NVLS calls on Monday for a nice gain. Tuesday Lehman downgraded the sector. Today, Solomon, Merill & Prudential did the same. These stocks are too cheap. A slowdown is well discounted at these prices. All these analysts were defending the sector at its peak and now they are all throwing in the towel. The problem is that the analysts follow the fundamentals and not the price. Since price tends to lead the fundamentals they are usually completely wrong or too late to the party. I will be looking to buy them again very soon.
