Baloney! GI's can make some effort, too. They can ask what the postmark process is. They can send their ballot to someplace that will be sure to postmark it. Absentee ballots are available enough in advance that they can do that. They can put pressure on their upchains to be sure that the ballots are handled properly. You seem to think these big, strapping GI's are more helpless than the little old ladies. Shame on you.
