non English speaking, ... These voters deserve equal protection.

Theoretically, you are eligible to vote only if you are a US citizen, and theoretically, you can only be naturalized US citizen if you speak English. Based on this, theoretically, there should not be any non-English speaking voters.

If someone claim to be, the election official should report that person to the police for voter fraud, or to INS for fraud there, or he should report INS to the police (FBI, Congress) to investigate if there is any fraud in their procedures. <g>

Also, since the campaigns are conducted in English, how can a non-English speaker vote rationally?
