I didn't save the link. Source is clear: Washington Post with reporter's name also listed. Even a date, I believe. If you must have link, go to dogpile.com and use keywords DeLay and 1993 and Clinton. Then look for the Washington Post article listed at some kind of seattletimes site. I believe "seattle" was in the site name. Not sure whether the site was the Seattle newspaper. Should be about the third or fourth link down. I post the articles rather than the links. Just posting links is lazy. I posted the entire article, by the way. Just copied and pasted it.
